To confirm your booking, GEO GOLD TOUR requires a minimum 60% deposit payment of the total tour cost. Reservations cannot be guaranteed until the deposit has been received.
Bookings will be held for 7 days to allow sufficient time for the deposit payment to be completed. GEO GOLD TOUR reserves the right to release the reservation if the deposit is not received within 7 days of the booking request.
All arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, local guides, permits, activity reservations, and other tour logistics, will be processed only after the deposit payment has been successfully received.
Changes to travel dates after the deposit has been paid may be accommodated subject to availability.
Deposit payments are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation by the traveler, the deposit will be forfeited. Failure to arrive on the scheduled departure date ("No Show") will result in a charge of 100% of the total tour cost.

LIABILITY
GEO GOLD TOUR acts solely as an organizer and coordinator of travel services, accommodations, transportation, local guides, activities, and other arrangements related to its tours and expeditions.
GEO GOLD TOUR assumes no liability for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity that may occur during or in connection with any tour, whether caused by natural events, transportation providers, accommodation providers, local operators, government authorities, third parties, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Participants acknowledge that activities offered by GEO GOLD TOUR may include, but are not limited to, gold panning, geological exploration, birdwatching, trekking, hiking, boat travel, village visits, wildlife observation, river activities, mountain travel, and remote area expeditions.
Such activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, adverse weather conditions, natural hazards, difficult terrain, wildlife encounters, transportation incidents, and other unforeseen circumstances. GEO GOLD TOUR shall not be held responsible for any loss, additional expense, delay, cancellation, schedule change, or interruption caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, floods, landslides, earthquakes, volcanic activity, fires, epidemics, pandemics, government actions, political unrest, strikes, transportation disruptions, mechanical failures, force majeure events, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
All baggage, personal belongings, cameras, drones, electronic devices, passports, travel documents, money, valuables, and equipment remain entirely at the participant's own risk throughout the journey. GEO GOLD TOUR accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, damage, or delay of personal property.
Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, emergency evacuation, personal accident, trip cancellation, trip interruption, baggage loss, and other potential travel risks. Any costs arising from illness, injury, emergency evacuation, missed flights, transportation delays, or additional accommodation requirements shall be the sole responsibility of the participant. Transportation providers, airlines, boat operators, vehicle operators, accommodations, local communities, guides, and other third-party suppliers operate independently from GEO GOLD TOUR.
Accordingly, GEO GOLD TOUR shall not be liable for any act, omission, negligence, default, injury, loss, damage, delay, or expense arising from the services provided by such third parties. By booking or participating in any GEO GOLD TOUR program, participants acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless GEO GOLD TOUR, its owners, directors, employees, guides, representatives, affiliates, partners, and local operators from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from participation in the tour, except where prohibited by applicable law.been paid may be accommodated subject to availability.
